Simon Randall.
Simon began his career in the video game industry in the 1990’s writing hard-core 68000 and i386 assembly language for various software titles and excelled as a trouble shooter fixing problematic code no one else wanted to touch. He then helped to build the start-up financial services provider 4CAST Ltd. and was solely responsible for all of their IT, including writing their flagship product 4CAST Direct. Tristan Brotherton.
Tristan is a serial entrepreneur, starting with a web design agency he then went on to found the HR software company FluidHR Ltd. Designing and producing a personnel security screening software platform called EVS, which was subsequently sold to Kroll Inc and now manages the employee hiring and screening processes in the worlds largest financial institutions. He has since started an outsourcing company in the Ukraine, a small mobile content and gaming company.
